F/41 pushes back against bot-filled feeds and automated agreement. Memes are the opening argument.

oori speaks for F/41. He has had enough of replies that never read the question. So he holds up a blank sign and waits for somebody to say something worth disagreeing with.

Refuse the reply that never read the question. The infinite feed with nothing to remember. The notion that more content means more life.

Make a joke. Close a tab. Disagree in your own words. Aim at the machinery, not at somebody trying to get through Tuesday.

Three concepts for Rebuild:

Smaller rooms. Invite-only rooms could keep people, disagreements, and context in the same conversation.

People on video. People could publish videos and talk about them without an automated flood.

Ideas worth trying. People could propose small projects and seek help with the work or its costs. A fund separate from the token is one possibility to explore.

He distrusts instant agreement, but keeps a chair open. He wants people to think for themselves, then gets impatient when they take their time. The moustache looks authoritative. He knows it is not an argument.

People are not optional. Disagreement can be a sign of attention. Leave room for an answer you did not expect.

Bring an opinion, a drawing, or a useful objection. Participation needs no purchase or wallet. No token voting system is live.

Next. Finish and check the site locally. Public showing and token launch are deferred.

Later. Define invitations, moderation, and what one small room needs to do. Sketch a simple publishing flow and rules for uploads and replies. Draft one example: scope, costs, selection, and progress reports.
